The program will begin with a roundtable discussion among industry developers on the future of affordable housing. In the second part of the program, seasoned practitioners will discuss the role of the City and the State in developing and preserving affordable housing and in creating and administering various new and modified preservation, finance and land disposition programs. Participants will gain perspective and insight into the statutory, regulatory, and practical considerations that will drive the preservation and development of affordable housing development and preservation into the future.
