Most lawyers say to their clients: "Get it in writing!" However, a number of lawyers do not know the fundamentals of drafting a binding contract. This course is an introduction for lawyers who are looking to create an agreement from scratch. Attendees will learn the overall structure of a contract and its parts, translating the terms and conditions of the deal into clear and concise provisions, and figuring out where to place each provision into a solid written agreement.
