This program aims to present a review of the appellate process from both the perspective of the Court and the practitioner.
The panel's esteemed speakers each hold a different role and expertise within the appellate process. Our speakers will review the important factors to include and the pitfalls to avoid when preparing your next appeal.
From the practitioner's perspective, Vincent Chirico, Principal Appellate Attorney at Chirico Law and Michael Kestan, President at AppealTech will provide you with a thorough breakdown on how to prepare a successful appeal.
