Program Agenda

In the current climate where it seems construction is taking place on multiple street lots throughout New York City, legal specialists discuss common issues and the latest case law in matters involving neighboring property owners and construction, including enforcement of access rights, negotiating license and zoning lot development agreements, party wall and underpinning considerations, the current status of transferable development rights, and issues unique to a neighboring cooperative or condominium building.

This seminar would be practical and useful for anyone who deals with cooperatives, condominiums, construction, land use and real estate transactions.
