This year's Continuing Legal Education program on Affordable Housing will focus on current strategies to finance and preserve affordable housing projects in New York City. Private and public sector practitioners with extensive experience in the real estate industry and in affordable housing in New York City will provide insights on three topics: New Housing Tax Incentives, Alternative Model for Permanent Affordability - Community Land Trusts, and a New Strategy for Public Housing.
