Parties to a construction-project dispute have unique and particular enforcement remedies (and defenses). Sometimes the owner/developer is a public entity with different considerations and constraints from that of a private entity. This program explores methods of calculating damages, enforcing and securing payment for work on construction projects, and the different types of applicable insurance coverage.
