This program is an introduction to real estate arbitration, from the kinds of real estate disputes that generally go to arbitration, to arbitration clauses, to the hearing, the award, and finally confirmation of the award. The program will explore case studies loosely based on actual real estate-related arbitrations to paint a picture of what real estate arbitration is and how it works.
