Description:
The 12th Annual Women General Counsel Panel will discuss what it takes to become a General Counsel, the transition into the role and how the responsibilities differ from other positions. Whether the transition comes directly from a law firm, government, or another in-house role, stepping into the shoes of the General Counsel requires one to put on many new hats and work closely with various stakeholders to be impactful and contribute to a company’s strategic growth. The panelists will share the experiences and strategies they leveraged to land their current roles as GC as well as insights into their day-to-day and how they navigate the challenges encountered as the top attorney.
