We are approved as a CPE sponsor by the New York State Education Department's State Board for Public Accountancy. Note, not all courses qualify for CPE credit. Please check the individual course listing for verification of CPE credit availability. Purchase of CDs/DVDs or course materials do not qualify for CPE credit. Our programs are held at our convenient midtown venue at the New York City Bar Association - 42 West 44th Street (between 5th & 6th Avenues), New York, NY 10036. If you are unable to attend a live course, you may view the live webcast or view it on demand at a later date, or purchase CDs/DVDs or materials.

Course Materials
Course materials for all programs will be available via download and hard copy. Pre-registrants at live programs interested in a hard copy and a download of the course book will be charged additional $25.
Attorneys who would like to purchase audio visual
products can receive a download of the materials.
Attendees from law firms or organizations with Passports are entitled to the hard copy course book without an additional fee.

The City Bar Center for CLE is an accredited provider in the States of New York, California, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. For live programs, New York, California and New Jersey credits are the same, however Pennsylvania credit differs since credit is based on a 60 minute hour, not a 50 minute credit hour. For online, DVDs/CDs, both California credit is based on a 60 minute credit hour, therefore it differs from New York and New Jersey. California credit is not available after one year from the date of the program.
