Description:
The Consumer Financial Law Conference is a forum for scholarship, policy development, and practitioner engagement focused on consumer finance and economic justice, with particular emphasis on New York law and markets. The Conference examines key issues, including class actions, consumer bankruptcy, artificial intelligence, consumer access to justice, and student lending and education finance. By bringing together academics, judges, regulators, advocates, and industry stakeholders, the Conference explores how legal and technological developments affect consumers and promotes fair, transparent, and accessible financial systems in New York and beyond.
