The 2026 Employment Law Conference will examine current trends, developments, and cutting-edge topics in employment law. With no shortage of issues to address in a rapidly changing legal and regulatory environment, the 2026 Employment Law Conference will have panel discussions on pressing labor and employment law matters, including panels, operating two tracks, on the following topics:

- Practical Challenges and Emerging Trends
- Preventing Employment Issues – Best Practices for Policies and Handbooks

- Litigation Update on L&E Decisions from 2nd Circuit and Supreme Court; and
- In-House Counsel L&E Decisions: When to Retain Outside Counsel
The Conference will also feature two plenary sessions addressing:
- Legal Developments concerning Diversity and Discrimination Policies; and
- Ethical Use of Artificial Intelligence in Employment Law
