Description:
The event will involve a discussion with leading experts regarding the application of the attorney-client privilege in a variety of important settings, including in corporate internal investigations, in the context of joint defense or common interest communications, in the context of an advice of counsel defense, and in cases involving allegations of waiver or the crime-fraud exception. Recent developments, including in several cases of significant public interest, will be discussed.
