Join us for a facilitated discussion among members of the ADR community about the impact that diverse and cross-cultural issues have on the success of ADR, and the need to recognize, acknowledge, understand, and address these issues.  Potential considerations to be discussed include Old World values, language, power dynamics, implicit bias, and gender roles.
