Description:
This event will feature presentations on various legal, regulatory, and policy issues related to aviation. There will be three panels consisting of the following topics:
Panel 1: Impact of Current World Events and Trends in Aviation (Covers: Russia/Ukraine; impact on aircraft leases; spare parts and certification; verifying credentials of pilots)
Panel 2: Aviation Industry Shortages and the Impact of Proposed Solutions (Covers: Industry shortages in the US & abroad from pilots, baggage handlers, airport workers; Impacts of Covid and new hiring requirements)
Panel 3: Litigation and Regulatory Update (Covers 737Max litigation, environmental litigation/legislation, and other new pending regulations)
