There has never been a more exciting time for air and space law: air carriers are working towards achieving net-zero carbon emissions to address the challenge of climate change; drones are being used to save lives, enhance public safety, deliver essential items, and increase productivity and efficiency; Advanced Air Mobility technology is being developed for the domestic transportation of passengers and cargo; and private spaceflight has become a reality. This event addresses the exciting changes in the aviation and space industries and legal challenges arising in this changing landscape.
