The Animal Law Committee will explore cutting-edge law and policy issues at the intersection of corporate responsibility and animal welfare. Panelists include experts in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), shareholder activism, false advertising litigation, and regulatory compliance. The panelists will focus on corporate governance issues and consumer class actions related to animal trafficking and animal welfare in the food industry.
