Seasoned in-house lawyers responsible for dispute resolution programs will provide their individual perspectives on the pros and cons of arbitration in business-to-business and executive employment disputes; when they tend to prefer arbitration over court litigation; how arbitration works in their experience; and how it might become more attractive more broadly to parties on both sides of the “v.” Consumer and labor arbitration will not be focuses of this program.
