Description:
This event will feature presentations on various legal issues and historical events related to aviation. Panel topics will include: a discussion of space debris; how the aviation industry in the US and Europe has responded and adapted to COVID-19 including changes to the ways aircraft are financed and the drone delivery of goods; and the latest developments in the Boeing 737Max litigation including matters of jurisdiction and preemption.  Mikie Sherrill, US Congresswoman and member of the House Committee for Science, Space, and Technology, will provide a keynote address discussing the latest developments in the United States House on air and space law.
