Description:
The Brownfield/Superfund 2019 Update Program, co-sponsored by the Environmental & Energy Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and the Environmental Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association, will present an update on developments regarding brownfields and the federal Superfund law. Topics will include a review of proposed changes to Part 375 of the New York State regulations governing cleanups; a discussion of trends in Superfund enforcement, including natural resource damages and the impact of the Superfund Task Force recommendations; and an analysis of case law developments in both of these areas.
