Description:
An estimated 15-20% of the world population is neurodivergent. Many employers recognize the benefits and importance of embracing a neurodiverse workplace but are in the foundational stages of building practices to engage this talent pool. This program will provide members of the legal community the opportunity to discuss best practices for recruiting, developing and retaining neurodivergent lawyers.  Our panel will present important context and background, and share experiences as neurodivergent lawyers and professionals. Following the panel will be facilitated working groups on different topics relating to recruiting and development, where attendees will share ideas for programming, resources, coaching initiatives and ways that the legal community can develop best practices in this area.
