Description:
If you dread the question “where do you see yourself in five years?” chances are you could be taking greater control of your career. Given the percentage of your life you spend working, it is so important to take agency over your professional development or at least have a plan in place towards achieving career fulfillment. During this interactive program, distinguished panelists will offer helpful tips on how you can take the reins on your career – from identifying and advocating for opportunities, to seeking and implementing feedback to planning actionable and achievable career goals. You will leave with a clear sense of how to strategically plan and pursue your goals whether you are seeking internal advancement, applying for a new job or looking to change industries.
