Join us for a discussion about how to strategically identify your strengths, transferable skills and interests so you can take the first step towards the change you are seeking. Panelists will discuss how to overcome the challenges of transitioning as well as the importance of networking and share their own transition experiences. Participants will learn about the roles played by recruiters, career coaches and consultants in helping attorneys transition within traditional practice areas, to JD-advantaged or other alternative paths.
