Description:
Workplace teams have become increasingly multigenerational and multicultural, requiring managers to adapt by developing different skills and tactics to build, manage, and nurture, high-performing diverse teams. As management is no longer ‘one size fits all,’ supervisors must adopt a more customized approach to leadership, one that acknowledges cultural and generational differences to foster cohesion and inclusiveness — one that accommodates the needs of both individuals and the team — all in the context of a hybrid work environment. Our panel of lawyers and talent development professionals will highlight the skills of top managers and offer best practices in leading diverse teams to increase productivity, collaboration, and inclusiveness.
