Description:
Managing tight deadlines, difficult clients, billing requirements, and demanding workload can often lead to burnout and prevent us from finding the time and energy to focus on what's truly important to us in our lives and careers.  If you have been thinking of an alternative career but are not sure of the path forward, we invite you to join Elena Deutsch, Founder/CEO of WILL - Women Interested in Leaving (big) Law who will lead you through a hands-on, immediately applicable workshop.  We will first address burnout and discuss strategies to help you excel at your current job and then spend most of the program focusing on how you can create time and find the energy to prioritize positive change and pivot to an alternative legal career.
