Description:
This program will celebrate the work of the family defense movement and the retirement of Marty Guggenheim, founder of the NYU Family Defense Clinic and one of the foremost experts on children’s rights and family law. The panel will discuss the introduction of interdisciplinary family defense practice in New York City and growing family defense efforts around the state and the country.
