Criminal Discovery Reform in New York: A Debate

Whether New York should amend its criminal discovery practices and in what manner has become perhaps the most hotly debated topic in our criminal justice system. The program will feature the knowledgeable perspectives of various stakeholders affected by New York's discovery statute and the current push for reform. The event is an especially great opportunity for those practitioners unfamiliar with the debate to inform themselves on this critical issue.
