Description:
Many consumers face issues with the products they buy and the services they receive - especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.  But if a product or service is faulty, many consumers do not know where to turn to for help.  Join the Consumer Affairs Committee as we talk to several consumer agencies about how consumers can access their services and navigate their complaint processes.
