Please join us for a conversation between Sara Moss, Vice Chairman of The Estee Lauder Companies and Lesley Rosenthal, Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Secretary of The Juilliard School, as they discuss their current powerful positions, created specifically for them when they were General Counsel. They will share insights on their day-to-day responsibilities that reach well beyond traditional legal roles, and address how they manage challenges and drive change in their organizations. Sara and Lesley will also offer leadership lessons gleaned from their extraordinary careers in the profit and non-profit sectors, respectively.
