Description:
This Lecture is inspired by the legacy of Benjamin N. Cardozo and his love for the law, passion for justice and sympathy for humanity. Judge Jed Rakoff will address why throughout its history the Supreme Court has typically been the most conservative of the three branches of U.S. government.
