Description:
Description:
The regulatory compliance landscape has been impacted by the onset of the global pandemic and other events over the past year. Commerce has been disrupted and many businesses have shifted to remote operations, with fluidity or uncertainty in physical reopening. There has additionally been economic flux, and social and political unrest in different jurisdictions. Changes and instabilities such as these often bring a shift in business strategy and priorities. Such shifts can, in turn, affect compliance risk management across international locations. A panel of Chief Compliance Officers from various industries will share their experiences in leading global or multi-jurisdictional Compliance programs through unprecedented disruption and crises. The panel will identify international developments in Compliance, highlighting emerging risks and regional differences of significance. They will shed light on how Compliance strategies and program priorities have been evolving, as a result, and how lasting these changes might be.
