This course will cover pre-drafting principals of negotiation to maximize the terms and conditions of a deal on behalf of your client, and how to use carefully crafted provisions to add more value to the agreement. Attendees will have a deeper understanding of the benefits and risks involved with choosing clarity over ambiguity in commercial documents.
