Join us for a panel discussing intersections between Bank Secrecy Act, fraud and Consumer Compliance requirements at bank and non-bank financial institutions. Our panel will discuss areas where compliance with requirements for Bank Secrecy Act and fraud monitoring intersect with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and Regulation B, the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Regulation V, and the Electronic Fund Transfers Act and Regulation E. The discussion will cover what the laws and regulations require and how they are enforced to ensure consumers are not harmed or deprived of the relevant protections. Each panelist will present on their respective coverage area. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.
