This webinar series will discuss the conduct of virtual proceedings  -- trials, appeals, conferences and related proceedings -- in the New York state and federal courts, how they are presently conducted and best practices that should be considered by lawyers, judges, and court administrators in those courts.  This final session will discuss lessons learned, best practices and how the conduct of virtual proceedings can be improved.
