Description:
Through this program we will discuss common missteps taken in the onboarding process and what organizations may be unintentionally communicating to potential employees who are weighing opportunities. This program will seek to provide valuable insight regarding how organizations can best present their goals, ideals, and principles in order to attract like-minded, talented individuals. By way of this panel discussion, we will tackle the importance of being intentional in language choice so as to not inadvertently turn away diverse applicants.
