Description:
The Office for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (ODEIB) invites attorneys, managing partners, DEI professionals, educators, students, corporations, bar associations and more to our second annual Power the Pipeline Conference and D&I Champion event. We’re bringing all stakeholders back to the City Bar to continue strengthening the pipeline into the legal profession. Pipeline programs create meaningful opportunities for students who do not have equitable access to the profession to gain experience and build their skills toward a career in law. This in-person, full-day conference is your chance to connect with industry experts, learn about the state of the law, and get in on the ground-floor of the National Association of Pipeline Organizations and make lasting change in not only the legal industry but society at large.

Event Highlights:
- Engage with the Experts: Learn from the folks on the ground doing this work every day. Explore the state of the law surrounding pipeline initiatives and discover your next steps as a changemaker.
- Networking Opportunities: Connect with like-minded professionals, firms, law schools, NYC public schools, and organizations and professionals that are ready to dive into pipeline work. Make meaningful connections and expand your network
- Hands-On Support: Support the pipeline in an interactive workshop where we’ll cement a pipeline commitment and nail down next steps for the future of pipeline work.
