The Office for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (ODEIB) invites attorneys, managing partners, DEI leaders, educators, students, corporate counsel, bar associations, and advocates of equity to the Fourth Annual Power the Pipeline Conference. Join us for a full day of collaborative dialogue, actionable strategy, and community building at the City Bar.
Building a truly representative legal profession requires collective responsibility and sustained commitment. Pipeline programs serve as vital engines of equity, leadership, and change—dismantling systemic barriers and creating clear, supported pathways for students and emerging professionals who have historically been excluded from equitable access to the law.
