Description:
As a global hub for aviation finance, Ireland manages more than half of the world’s leased aircraft fleet. This session examines the unique legal and regulatory framework, including its common law tradition, that cements Ireland’s status as the premier gateway for international aircraft leasing and structured aviation finance.
