Description:
On March 27, 2026, the New York City Bar Association’s Entertainment Committee will host its 55th biennial Twelfth Night party honoring Second Circuit Judge Gerard E. Lynch. The evening will begin with a reception (cocktails and hors d’oeuvres), followed by an original musical comedy, Best in Class: Saint Gerard of Ridgewood, performed by a cast of talented lawyers and judges. A City Bar tradition for more than 50 years, the roast will celebrate Judge Lynch’s life and distinguished career. At the conclusion of the performance, the Hon. Arun Subramanian, serving as Master of Revels, will take the stage to speak in Judge Lynch’s defense. Judge Lynch will then take the microphone to deliver the final verdict.
Prior Twelfth Night honorees include luminaries such as Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Antonin Scalia, Judith Kaye, and Mario Cuomo.
