Description:
Climate change has spread into every legal practice area, and there are ethical and practical reasons why all lawyers need to know about climate. Lawyers cannot ignore climate change because of swinging politics and changing laws. Climate change presents real risks and real opportunities for clients, and these risks and opportunities are constantly changing. This program is intended to assist environmental lawyers in helping non-environmental lawyers, and to assist non-environmental lawyers in knowing when they need to call on environmental lawyers for help.
