Early this year, France created a new and innovative dispute resolution mechanism in the Paris courts using English-speaking judges to resolve international business disputes. Cases may be presented in English and the parties may “import” procedural rules from their home countries. This fascinating panel discussion will introduce France’s new tribunal with the benefit of insights provided by its chief judge. The panel discussion will be followed by wine and Hors d’oeuvres reception.
