Description:
This discussion begins by asking what is the general definition of ESG? How has it grown from the context of CSR? What is the current state of ESG regulation in the US, EU,  and Asia?  The panel will address the considerations of the social component along with the most salient environmental, social, governance issues in each of these jurisdictions.  They will also discuss the risks to issuers and investors and impacts of these risks.  Finally, the panel will engage in a comparative discussion of potential holes to plug in the US or the EU and where we are we headed.
