Description: 
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is a multi-lateral treaty governing cross-border sales of goods. It has been adopted by more than 90 countries and it aims to establish a uniform set of rules for international trade. The event will provide an overview on the application of the CISG from practitioners coming from various jurisdictions.  It will also enable practitioners engaged in cross-border deals to gain hands-on knowledge of international uniform trade laws.
