The panel will discuss the legal framework for addressing information warfare issues concerning the war in Ukraine. The conversation, featuring a range of diverse perspectives from the legal, communications/media, and law enforcement/intelligence perspectives will compare and contrast the handling of propaganda, cyber warfare, media leaks, and other relevant issues in US and Ukraine.
