Description: 
Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) are today’s hottest digital assets. This panel of experts will provide an overview of what are NFTs. They will then discuss the implications of this new phenomenon in Argentina, Mexico, and the U.S. from an intellectual property perspective. Particular emphasis will be placed on the current challenges that lawyers and NFTs holders are facing from a legal perspective and how the legal landscape might evolve.
