Description:
In addition to its public health consequences, the coronavirus pandemic has had a significant impact on global tax administration and enforcement. This program will provide an overview of how the COVID-19 crisis has affected business and individual tax policy for existing and prospective investors in the United States and certain jurisdictions in the European Union and Latin America. Panelists will also address whether fiscal pressures resulting from the COVID-19 crisis will lead to increased tax compliance initiatives and/or other tax-related changes in their jurisdictions.
