In the last few years we have seen the rise of social media influencers and with it a growth of partnerships between influencers and brands. In light of this new platform for advertising we are seeing a growth in legislation to regulate influencers. Please join us in a comparative discussion of emerging legislation in the U.S., Mexico, and Argentina.
