Description:
While cyberspace has no borders, companies operate in a world where there are differing legal regimes that aim to regulate cyberspace. Since the inception of the pandemic, there has been a surge in cyber incidents, particularly in ransomware attacks. This panel will explore how responses to such incidents vary between Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and the U.S. and will address the reason for and practical consequences stemming from those differences.
