The City Bar's In-House/Outside Litigation Counsel Working Group exists to study both the business and legal aspects of the working relationship between in-house counsel and their outside litigators.
In this interactive 45-minute program, which we liken to a "fireside chat," Seth Krauss, Chief Legal Officer at Endeavor, a leader in talent representation, marketing and sponsorship, will provide his insights about how in-house practice is evolving, including the effect of technology and social media, diversity, social responsibility, and changing expectations for outside counsel
