This full-day conference will provide a comprehensive overview of recent trends, developments, and cutting-edge issues in intellectual property and beyond, including ethics.
Panels will include discussions across multiple New York-based industries, including media, fashion, artificial intelligence, marketing, and government contracting. Practice areas include trademark, copyright, first amendment and defamation, rights of publicity, and patent law.
