Description:
The New York City Bar Association’s Council on Intellectual Property is delighted to announce its third annual Intellectual Property Conference. This full day program will provide a comprehensive overview of recent trends, developments, and cutting-edge issues in intellectual property and beyond, including ethics.
The Conference will include discussions across multiple New York-based industries, including media, fashion, artificial intelligence, marketing, and government contracting. Practice areas include trademark, copyright, First Amendment and defamation, rights of publicity, and patent law.
The Conference will end with an evening social hour allowing attendees and speakers to meet.

For New York Newly Admitted Attorneys: Skills credits completed after December 31, 2025, must be completed in the traditional live classroom setting or by fully interactive videoconference.
